Participants will learn the basics of entrepreneurship through interactive discussions and activities focused on eco-friendly innovation. They will brainstorm ideas for eco-friendly products that local food stores could use to reduce environmental impact and learn valuable skills to carry on with their pitch!

Students engage in market research and target audience identification for their eco-friendly products. They'll explore why understanding these aspects is crucial through a brief presentation. Next, they'll collaboratively create detailed audience profiles, followed by group discussions to refine them. As homework, students will interview at least two individuals from their identified target audience to gather valuable insights for further product development.

Crafting the Pitch is an exciting session where students will learn to create strong presentations for their eco-friendly product ideas. They'll figure out how to talk about the environmental issue they're solving, their new idea, and why it's important for Bethany's food stores. Students will work together, do activities, and get feedback to make their pitches clear, creative, and powerful. This helps them feel ready to share their ideas and get others excited about sustainability.

On Pitch Presentation Day, students will showcase their eco-friendly product ideas with enthusiasm and creativity. Each student will deliver their pitch to the group, highlighting how their product can make a positive impact on Bethany's food stores.This day is not only about presenting ideas but also about refining communication skills and learning from each other's innovative solutions.

Students will then be asked to research their project for the next lesson to discuss blue and red markets.
